Congratulatory MessagesMore

Mrs LAM CHENG Yuet Ngor Carrie
My warmest congratulations to the International Social Service Hong Kong Branch (ISS-HK) on celebrating its 60th anniversary. Over the past 60 years, ISS-HK has been providing a wide spectrum of cross-territorial and local social services for children, youth, families and elderly on need at home, on the Mainland and abroad. In particular, it has contributed immensely to our society by supporting new arrivals and ethnic minorities as they integrate into the community.  I am sure that ISS-HK will continue to uphold its mission to address the needs of people beyond boundaries and forge greater partnerships to make Hong Kong a caring and inclusive society.

Mrs Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, GBM, GBS

The Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
