Duties
  • Assist the Social Worker in the design, implementation and evaluation of all the activities for EM New Arrivals and Youths
  • Compile statistics; prepare reports and other relevant documents for evaluation, planning and record keeping purposes. Provide clerical duties and other administrative support to the team
  • Answer general inquiries and receive service users and visitors. Handle correspondence with the service users
  • Manage fee payment of groups, programmes/activities and provide general bookkeeping and accounting duties as assigned
  • Assist in the establishment of the network, promotion and publicity work and services of the team
Requirements
  • Completed HKCEE Form 5 or HKDSE or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience and proven ability to develop course designs, training programmes in the services assigned
  • At least 1 year proven ability to create a network of partners, volunteers and support systems to ensure effective programme development
  • At least 1 year experience in supervising a programme, activity or services
  • Ability to network with other agencies and generate resources for the programme
  • Computer literate
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural working environment with flexibility to handle diverse groups
  • Have a valid work visa
  • Flexibility to work at irregular hours, weekends and holidays as the Centre opens from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily except Monday mornings, shift duties is required
