Sheung Shui Centre Hotline to extend service hours & new "Special Service Hotlines for Hong Kongers in Mainland"

We will extend the service hours of our hotline for newly arrived families from the mainland and cross-border families to 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday from 7 to 29 February 2020 to answer enquiries from the public, focusing primarily on updates of the coronavirus outbreak and latest information of mainland borders. We have also launched "Special Service Hotlines for Hong Kongers in Mainland" to provide support to Hong Kong people being stranded in the Mainland China due to the coronavirus outbreak. Details are as follows:

Service Hours:    8:00am - 8:00pm, Mondays to Sundays (Starting 14 February 2020 until further notice)
Service Content: To understand and to follow up on the living conditions of callers and to provide emotional support; to provide up-to-date information about the coronavirus outbreak and government measures in China and Hong Kong; regular follow-up with callers where needed; to help contact family members in Hong Kong and to arrange video chats with them; to help contact relevant Hong Kong government departments and organisations in handling personal matters such as drug prescriptions, medical appointments, travel documents and taxation matters etc. If financial aid is required, ISS-HK will help contact local funds for assistance.
