ISS-HK gives out over 70,000 face masks to Elderly living alone, Small Group Homes, Foster Families and Ethnic Minorities
Prices of face masks skyrocketed due to scarcity amidst the coronavirus outbreak, and many of the underprivileged may have to reuse their masks as they could not afford to buy more of them, increasing the risks of infection.
