- Objectives
Established in 1997, the Service Centre is jointly operated by ISS-HK and Guangzhou Feng Yuen Street Government Office to provide family, marital and pre-migration services for families divided between Mainland China and Hong Kong or other overseas countries.

- Case Consultation and Counselling: Handle individual and family problems, issues relating to child welfare and migration.
- Community Education and Programmes: Strengthen marital and family relationships, advocate child welfare.
- Cross-border Liaison: Handle issues requiring cross-border cooperation.
- Financial Assistance: The Divided Families Service Fund provides emergency financial assistance to needy families.
