ISS Hong Kong was invited by the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing, China, to conduct a seminar on its Cross-boundary and Intercountry Casework Service on 15 December 2015.

Our service coordinator and social worker shared their experience in handling casework service for divided families in mainland China. Topics which were also covered included Chinese law and family policies, as well as tips on cultural adjustment and emotion management.

The seminar was well received with 17 Filipino expatriates working or residing in Chongqing participated in it.
