• Assist in the implementation of groups, programmes and activities for ethnic minorities.
• Handle daily reception duties and respond to general enquiries.
• Manage fee payment for groups, programmes and activities.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to centre operations.
• Provide interpretation service for service users.

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience; medical insurance; MPF and 15 days annual leave on the first year of service (annual leave is calculated on a pro-rata basis for part-time staff).

• Completed Form 5 / HKDSE / secondary school or above.
• Knowledge of the culture of ethnic minorities service users.
• Proven work experience assisting in the implementation of groups and programmes.
• Good command of both oral and written English, fluency in Chinese and any EM language is an advantage.
• Able to read, write and effectively communicate in Chinese and/or any EM language is an advantage.
• Demonstrate positive and self-motivated attitude, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural team and work environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Required to work by roster arrangement which may include evening duties and weekends (Saturdays/Sundays).
