"ISS’ Got Talent Scholarship 2026" is now open for applications! In addition to the scholarship winners who will be awarded HK$10,000 each, 10 merit prize winners will receive a prize of HK$4,000 each. Award winners will also have the opportunity to perform at the prize presentation ceremony cum talent showcase to show your talent and go for your dream!

Eligibility

• Only children between 3 to 17 years of age currently receiving service from ISS-HK

Note: Applicants will need to cite the full name of your social worker or an ISS-HK staff member that can refer you when you enroll.

Categories

• Kids Group: Age 3 - 9
• Teenagers Group: Age 10 - 17

Prizes

• 14 Scholarships of $10,000: 7 in Kids Group, 7 in Teenagers Group
• 10 Merit Prizes of $4,000: 5 in Kids Group, 5 in Teenagers Group
• Special Prize: Social Worker’s Recommendation Award
• Special Prize: My Favourite Star Award

• All prize money could only be used to enroll in classes or training courses related to the award-winning talent category, and/ or enrollment in relevant examinations/accreditations
• For those applying for the “Visual Arts” category, please include photos of at least five original artworks
• Award winners will receive gifts from sponsors and may get the chance to join guided tours or experiential workshops organized by supporting organizations. They will also be invited to attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony cum Talent Showcase.

Enrollment

• Fill in the form and input a YouTube link of a video clip (no more than 3 minutes long) OR / AND a PowerPoint to demonstrate your talents
• For those applying for the “Visual Arts” category, please include photos of at least five original artworks

Selection Process & Criteria

All submissions will be reviewed by PR team and senior management of ISS-HK. Shortlisted entries will be presented to a Judging Panel, which comprise of sponsor representatives and professional judges in their respective fields.

Entries will be judged based on skill level and technical proficiency, presentation and overall impact of the performance (if applicable), potential for future growth and development in the chosen field as well as compassion factors.

Social Worker Recommendation Award: Recommended by social workers, the award recognizes perseverance and commitment despite personal, family or financial limitations (subject to applicability).

My Favourite Star Award: Shortlisted videos will be posted on social media, where the public can vote for their favourite performer.

Important Points to Note

• Winners will claim their scholarship in reimbursement (capped at a total of $10,000 OR $4,000) with receipts of courses / classes / training relevant to the awarded talent enrolled and completed from December 2026 to November 2027 and / or receipts of enrollment in relevant examinations or accreditations.
• Award receipients will receive an email with all the details about reimbursement. Winners can reimburse by batches within the said period via an ISS-HK staff member. Details are subject to negotiation with and permission from ISS-HK.
• ISS-HK reserves the right to the final decision on the giving out of all awards and granting of Scholarships and Merit prize money.
• ISS-HK reserves the right to use all applicant’s submission of videos, photos and visuals for publicity purpose.
