We are honored to have received Ms. Priscilla To, JP, Director of Home Affairs, and Mr. Ivanhoe Chang, JP, the District Officer of Kowloon City District, at the DREAM Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities on 29 April 2025. During the visit, attendees observed a group activity on mask-making and engaged in interactions with service users in a relaxed and lively atmosphere.
